Edelman Fossil Park and Museum at Rowan University opened its doors, unveiling over 100,000 fossil finds of 100 species to the public. Museumgoers can enjoy interactive displays of million-year-old fossils and learn about prehistoric exploration, evolution, and excavation.
“Anyone can dig and take home a 66-million-year-old fossil of their own,” paleontologist and geologist Kenneth Lacovara said. “They can put their hands on something no human has ever touched before, and at that moment, they become explorers, too.” USA Today
