Nez Perce National Historical Park – Lewiston, ID – 2024

“A Park About a People for All People”

The Nez Percé National Historical Park is home to the breathtaking landscapes of the inland northwest, stretching across 38 special places to visit and explore.

The Nimíipuu, otherwise known as Nez Percé people, are Indigenous people of the Plateau who have been known to survive and to adapt to the settling of the United States. Records show that the Nez Percé tribal nation, located on its reservation in North Central Idaho, had more than 3,500 citizens.

Luxam had the privilege to take part in its newly renovated Visitor Center. Deep dive into the history, culture, and contributions of the Nez Percé people with this one-of-a-kind exhibit.
